The Trade (Prohibition of Importation) (Equipment containing Chlorofluorocarbons) (Amendment) Order, 1998
In exercise of the power conferred on the Minister by section 8 of the Trade Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling the following Order is hereby made: -
1. This Order may be cited as the Trade (Prohibition of Importation) (Equipment containing Chlorofluorocarbons) (Amendment) Order, 1998 and shall be read and construed as one which the Trade (Prohibition of Importation) (Equipment containing Chlorofluorocarbons) Order, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
2. The Schedule to the principal Order is amended in the column headed "Effective DAte" by deleting therefrom the numerals "1.4.98" and substituting therefor the numerals "1.4.99".
