THE PESTICIDES ACT

The PESTICIDE (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

In exercise of the power conferred upon the Pesticides Control Authority by section 16 of tile Pesticides Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Regulations are hereby made, with the approval of the Minister:

  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pesticides (Amendment) Regulations. 2009, and shall be read and construed as one with the Pesticides Regulations, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations) and all amendments thereto,
  2. Regulation 15F of the principal Regulations is amended—
  1. by deleting paragraphs (2) and (3);
  2. by renumbering paragraph (1) as regulation 15F and by deleting therefrom the words "or to provide a guarantee or bond of*' and substituting therefor the word

The First Schedule of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting forms 1012 and 13 and substituting therefor the following as 1 turns 10, 12 and 13, respectively -
