Complete Part A of the " Application for Works Licence "

 

Step 4

First time applicants should :

(i) Complete Part B of application 

(ii) Submit the required documents with application form

Step 5

For applicants that are renewing their licence should :

(i) Complete Parts B and C of applciation 

(ii) Submit completed applications forms to JACRA accompanied by the documents required for a renewal Licence
