Process Steps

Step 1 |
The applicant submits the completed form with the prescribed fee to the Cashier, who issues a receipt and advises the applicant to apply with the Mining Registrar. |

Step 2 |
The Mining Registrar upon receipt of application checks the information for accuracy, and then prepares the permit |

| Step 4 |
The Mining Registrar enters information from the application in the Export Permit Register.

| Step 5 |
The applicant gets 2 copies of the Export Permit (one of which is to be submitted to the Trade Board) |
| Step 6 | A copy of the permit is also sent to the Police Narcotics Division by the MGD. |
