Trade Board send relevant documents for NCRA to review ( Import License,Certificate of Analysis submission form Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate Veterinary Certificate, Radiation certificate (where applicable) Dioxin certificate Laboratory certificate of analysis |

Step 2 |
The Head of the Department assigns an inspector to review documents | |

Step 3 |
The inspector checks documents to ensure all pertinent documents have been received |

Step 4 |
The inspector records the documents in the Trade Board Applications Log | |
| Step 5 | The inspector then completes the checklist while reviewing the documents to determine compliance in terms of validity and adherence to available standards | |
