Step 1

Access the eSad on the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA)

Step 2

 If Customs Broker is needed then:

(i) Present your Broker with all your documents 

(ii) Complete the C73 Form and pay processing fee to JCA

(iii) Broker  completes clearance process 

If a Customs Broker is not needed  then:

(i) Applicant should determine whether the goods would be cleared by a company or by an individual 

If goods are being cleared by an individual

(i) Provide the required documents as stipulated above 

(ii) Complete clearance process 

If goods are being cleared by employee then:

(i) Provide a letter of authorization from the company  must be provided as well as a vaild company ID (for employees)
