DescriptionA Coca Dealers licence needs to be obtained from the Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (JACRA) prior to the sale, export or importation of cocoa and its by-products. A cocoa dealer is required under the law -Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (JACRA) Act 2017 to obtain this licence
CommentsRequired for persons who produce, buy, or otherwise offer for sale, cocoa beans. The main prerequisite for this type of licence is that dealers must exhibit a farm, or production capacity, of at least 20 metric tonnes of cocoa per crop year.
