Process Steps

Step 1

Prepare the letter of application detailing the type of products quantities and weight

Step 2

JACRA receives and reviews letter of application

Step 3

If documentation is incorrect/inadequate, additional information will be requested from the importer. If the document is correct, submit permit fee.  

Step 4

Cashier receives and processes payment and issues receipt  

Step 5

Import permit is issued for a 3 month period
