If its a new permit (not renewal) submit along with:

(a) documents of incorporation;(b) the business concept;
(c) a Banker’s reference;
(d) a reference from two business associates;
(e) a list of the names and qualifications of key personnel of the business (including the
CEO/Manager and the Marketing Manager); and
(f) such other document(s) that may be required by the Authority.

 
4 If it is a renewal, submit along with: list of the names and qualifications of key personnel of the business (including the CEO/Manager and the Marketing Manager).

Step 1

Complete Application for Local Dealer's Licence  (Cocoa ,Spices and Coconut ) Application Form

Step 2

If this a first time applicant then:

(i) Submit required documents along with application  form

Step 3

If the applicant is renewing their licence  then 

(i) Submit completed application  form to JACRA  by a list of the names and qualifications of key personnel of the business (including the CEO/ Manager and the Marketing Manager).
