Plant Quarantine Import Inspection Inspection Requirement Plant Quarantine Division The importation of any plant products requires products to be inspected by a Plant Quarantine inspector from the Plant Quarantine Division of Ministry of Industry Commerce Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF) after the importation of plant products in Jamaica.
